I have worked as an Assistant District Attorney, a Federal Prosecutor, and a Criminal Defense Attorney in both Federal and State Courts. I have worked on both sides of the table and bring years of experience and knowledge to the bench.
Broader Perspectives
I am focusing on bringing a broader perspective to the judicial bench as I run for re-election. I will bring justice, fairness and integrity to our courtrooms.
Justice
Judges are the highest authority when judging our laws. You want a judge that is not afraid to follow the law, as we cannot pick and choose which ones to follow.
Fairness
Fairness is equality. I will treat people in a fair manner, ensuring everyone who appears before me is treated neutrally. I am impartial and am not swayed by impertinent issues.
Integrity
There are some tough decisions to make as a judge. We cannot succumb to public clamor and interpreting the law correctly requires integrity. Some cases are extremely significant and require intellectual honesty to make the right decision. I am a judge who has that integrity.
